The doors open out onto a balcony furnished with outdoor table and chairs which has magnificent views overlooking the Estate.   A games room with a snooker table and a TV with full DSTV bouquet are situated on the ground floor. The doors open onto a covered patio and the garden which has  extensive lawns  for children to play. There is no swimming pool but the house is so close to the Golf Clubhouse it is easy to walk down and enjoy the swimming pool maintained by the Club.
